He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Neptune and Audrey Neptune (Gephart); and his sister Cleo Erisman. He is survived by: his wife Alberta Neptune (Pease); his children, Rita Doyle (Mike), Richard Neptune, Jane Fox (Steve) and Cynthia Hadley (Tim); his sisters, Marilyn Erisman and Marlene Poeppelmeier (Richard); his brother-in-law Jim Erisman; his grandchildren, Casey Wunderlich (John), Spencer Neptune, Parker Neptune, Katy Doyle (Justin Jaskiewicz), Kevin Fox, Morgan Adkins (Brad) and Dylan Hadley (Tori Van Horn); and his great grandchildren, Owen and Leo.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Farmersville United Church of Christ or to the Farmersville Fire & Rescue in Mr. Neptune's memory.
