He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl A. Greene (Heck); and his parents, Joseph Greene and Mattie Greene. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Greene, Krystal Polakovics (Jerry) and Jack Greene (Ashley Henderson); his grandchildren, Monica, Ma'Kayla, Chamille, Gilbert, Iziah, Malachi, Noah and Armani Kain; his great grandchildren, Amyrella, Brynlee, Josh, Julie, Janie, Tracy, Nathaniel Harrison and Randy Whitman; his siblings, Joe Greene (Lisa), Becky Smith (Alan) and Peggy Greene; and also Church.
In lieu of flowers, Tom would want contributions to the American Cancer Society, the Dayton Humane Society or the ASPCA.
