He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kahmar Qualls and Dorothy Morrison. He is survived by: his wife Vonnetta Jenkins (Flynn); his children, Kammie Jenkins (Travis), Kim Thuma (Jayme), Heather Jenkins and Ricky Jenkins Jr.; his grandchildren, Jace, Tyler Thuma, Adalynn, Alyssa Jenkins and Ricky Jenkins III; and his siblings, Sandy Morrison, Kent Qualls, Tammy Perry and Danny Jenkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
