She was predeceased by: her parents, Frieda Walter (Fiedler) and George Walter; her husband Rudolf Hiemer; her son Herbie Hiemer; and her brother Werner Walter.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Hewitt (Tim) and Frank Hiemer; and her grandchildren, Danielle Hiemer, Mathew Cox (Leanna), David Hiemer, Crystal Reffitt (Josh), Shane Newman (Diana) and Rose Hewitt (Sean). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
