He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ortman and Anna Ortman (Meyer); his sister Anita Painter; and his wives, Carrol Ortman (Frazier) and Pauline Ortman (Rehmert).
He is survived by: his daughters, Raymie Degnan (Eddie) and Melanie Vance (David); his grandchildren, Aaron Degnan (Candy) and Dalanie Grissom (Blaine); and his great grandchildren, Michaela Degnan and Jamison Degnan.
