He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald MacFadyen and Mildred MacFadyen (Baker); and his sister Beth Sharrow. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn MacFadyen; his children, Debbie MacFadyen of Farmersville, OH., Susan Mitchell (Alastair), Becky Dunn (Mike), Brookville and David MacFadyen (Regina); his grandchildren, Lindsey Mabry, Brannon Dunn, Cameron Dunn, Alastair Mitchell, Callum Mitchell, Miranda Mitchell, Declan MacFadyen and Molly MacFadyen; his great grandchild Ellie Mabry; and his siblings, Katy Friedlander of Marana and David MacFadyen of Angola, IN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
