He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Eugene "Gene" Eby and Juanita C. Focht (Sears); and his stepfather Irvin L. Focht. He is survived by: his wife Deanna "Dee" Eby (Essig); his children, Shelly McIntire (Tim), Shari Ball (Chad), Jim Eby (Tina) and Sandi Branham (Brent); his sisters, Marcy Boyer and Delores Moses (Harold); and his stepsisters, Sharon Barnett and Suzanne Russell (Tom). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Junior's name to Care360 Hospice.
