He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Cain. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Willis (Larry) of Scottsdale, AZ and Ted Cain (Ruth Ann) of Lebanon, OH; and his grandchildren, Evan Willis, Jake, Ryan and Kenleigh Cain. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
