He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale B. Rice and Cleda M. Rice (Dossett); his wife Barbara B. Brooks (Hill); and his brother Donald Rice. He is survived by: his children, Larry Rice (Shelly) of Ney, Rick Rice (Sharon) of Montpelier and Debra Chadwell (Robb) of Noblesville, Indiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
