He is survived by: his sons, Jody Ray Addicott Jr. (Caroline) and Derrall Ray Addicott Sr.; his grandchildren, Alexis, Andrea and Derrall Jr.; and his siblings, Paula Waybright of Ashtabula, Christine Sears (Richard) of Center Conway, N. H., Caroline Giering (Troy) of Vernon, Rebecca Williams of Bristol and Jeff Addicott Sr. of Cortland, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
