He is survived by: his parents, Charles Fox and Phyllis Lloyd Fox; his wife Barb Lloyd Fox; his daughter Tiffany Fox; his sisters, Nancy Warring of Farmdale, Pauline Champ of Cortland and Phyllis Fox of Chesterland, Ohio; and his stepchildren, Wayne Lloyd Sr. of Farmdale and Loretta Lloyd Bartram of Warren, Ohio. He is also survived by step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
