He was predeceased by: his wife Ola Jean Manuel. He is survived by: his children, Gary Manuel (Alida), Tom Manuel (Anne), Mary Jean Bowyer (Fred) and Rick Manuel. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In memory of Mr. Manuel, donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Patrick's Church would be appreciated by his family.
