He was predeceased by: his wife Rita "Margaret"; his mother Mary "Molly" Cleary; and his sisters, Anne O'Malley (Tony Keogh), Christina Parker (Martin) and Theresa Bradshaw (Mick).
He is survived by: his close friend Kathleen Sheehan; his children, Maureen Reich (Mark) and Erin Houghton (Greg Szekely); his grandson Tyler Houghton; and his siblings, Mary Lowry (late David Joseph), Rosaleen Andrews (Larry), Bridie Conway (Pat) and Nora Shields (Jimmy).
