He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley Hornack Wesner and Donald E. Wesner; his spouse Patricia Watt; his children, Roger A. Wesner, Jr., Alexander Watt (Kathryn), Joseph Watt (Jessica) and Daniel Watt; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Noelle and Samantha.
