He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kubicina and Margaret Kubicina; and his sister Margaret Lalka (Koloman). He is survived by: his sister Eleanor Kubicina; his nieces and nephews, Colman Lalka (late Charleen), Eleanor Munday and Dale Lalka (Susan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colman Lalka Teresa (Colleen), Katharine Hickman (Sean) and Margaret Lalka.
