It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael David Hihn of Fairview Park, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Beth Lewis and George Hihn II. He is survived by: his spouse Kelly; and his siblings, Sarah Hihn and George Hihn III (Jennifer).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to help cover medical expenses and services.
