She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Sr.; and her siblings, Ted Malone and Beth Lykowski. She is survived by: her children, John L. Jr. (Patricia), Thomas, Gregory (Leslie), James and Mary Phares (Larry); and her grandchildren, Eric Deutsch, Karla Trumbauer (Scott), Mary Kate, David (Natalie), Brian (Brooke), Leeann, Brodie, Megan and Emily Phares.
