He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lynn Cooley; his sister Caryl Fullman; his sons, Jon Christian Cooley (Beth) and David Franklin Cooley (Mary); his grandchildren, Megan Watson (Jason), David (Kara), Morgan, Katie, Adam, Grace, Emanwella and Dahana; and his great grandchildren, Alexandra and Samuel.
