He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Coletta; his children, Maureen Mingus (Jeff), Beth Panstares (George), Jack Jr. (Christine) and Maggie Mulloy; his grandchildren, Kevin, Brian, Liam, Erin, Ellen Mingus, Alex, Julie, John Panstares, Johnny and Teagan Mulloy; and his siblings, Mary Ann Cannon (late James) and Jim (Marilyn).
