He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Cook and Virginia Lovgren; and his wife Janet Cook. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Karol Alexander) and Cheryl Cook; his grandchildren, Jaime Schwender (Daniel Heinsbergen) and Derek Klein (Allison); and his siblings, Richard Lovgren, Christine Lovgren and Deborah Regal.
