She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale Leland Shanafelt; her parents, George Prussia and Heartha Prussia; and her sister Phyllis Berg. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Shanafelt (Lizbeth Wolfe) and Scott Shanafelt; and her siblings, Sharon Caskey and Les Prussia.
