He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Concetta Maria Fraley "Connie"; his parents, Charles and Nancy; his siblings, Sam Fraley, Rita Wetherell (Ron) and Mark Fraley; his nieces and nephews, Lexi, Jake, Jordan, Nick, Emi and Dominic; and his grandparents, Settimio Fidei, Concetta and Callie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in his name to the American Cancer Society or the ASPCA.
