He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matuska and Anna Matuska; and his siblings, Louis, John Matuska and Ethel Heiser.
He is survived by: his wife Darla Matuska; his children, Al Matuska (Michelle) and Kim Osadczuk (late Dan); his grandchildren, Shawn Matuska (Emily), Bryan Fischbach (Kristin), Lauren Osadczuk and Brodie Hamlin; his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Owen Fischbach; and his sister Eileen Marino.
