It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Windsor R. Kallay (Fairport Harbor, Ohio), born in Painesville, Ohio, who passed away on November 2, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Windsor and Helen. He is survived by: his spouse Debbi; his daughters, Dr. Amanda (James) and Dr. Holly West (Paul) of Eastlake; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Liam White, Paul West Jr. and Baby Boy West.
