He was predeceased by: his parents, Windsor and Helen. He is survived by: his spouse Debbi; his daughters, Dr. Amanda (James) and Dr. Holly West (Paul) of Eastlake; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Liam White, Paul West Jr. and Baby Boy West.
