She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew G. Jacob and Edith Ester Jacob (Puskas); her husband James Adair Hale; and her brother Andrew G. Jacob. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathlene Marie Szymanski (William) and Linda Ann Hale (John Shusky); her grandchildren, Ahlia Marie Szymanski and Emily Kathlene Szymanski; and her sister Rita Rowan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
