She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee W. Taylor and Ruth Taylor (McCabe); her husband John Chebra; and her siblings, Lee Taylor and Margaret Widener.
She is survived by: her children, John Chebra (Jayne), Jeffrey Chebra, Jennifer Wojtaszek and Joanna Schwartz (Chris); and her grandchildren, Jessica Chebra, Jacob Wojtaszek and Ian Schwartz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mulqueeny-Spear Funeral Home (312 Eagle St, Fairport Harbor, OH 44077). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (316 5th St, Fairport Harbor, OH 44077). A burial was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at the St. Mary Cemetery (954 South State St.).
Contributions in Janice's memory may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve or to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Fairport Harbor.
