He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Olga Zalek, Dale and Anna Sekki; and his uncle Daniel Zalek.
He is survived by: his parents, Frank Zalek and Adele Zalek (Sekki); his brother Christopher Zalek (Jennifer) of Madison; his nephew Zachary Zalek of Erie; and also Sean. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
