He is survived by: his wife Susan Gregory (Anspach); his children, Levi Gregory (Andrea) of Alliance, Lesley Loveland (Adam) of Chagrin Falls and Phillip Gregory (Ashley) of Fairport Harbor; his grandchildren, Joshua Gregory, Alexis Gregory, Sophia Gregory, Gavin Gregory, Stella Loveland, Jody Loveland and Kylie Durst Gregory; and his brother Donald Gregory (Linda) of Painesville.
