He is survived by: his children, Carla Gates of Bellaire, Cyndi Shriver (Bill) of Beallsville, Carl Lee "Tiger" Collins, Jr. (Wheeling West Virginia) and Terri Collins of Neffs, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Jessica Robinson (Chris), Jerry Potts (Casey King), Josh Potts, Laken Waggoner (Tyler), Lee Roberts (Jess), Billy Shriver (Gert), Connor Shriver, Colton Shriver (Kearston Hoover), Dylan Collins (Kassi) and Paige Cunningham (Joey). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
