He was predeceased by: his parents, Molly Smith and Alex Smith; and his grandson Macklin. He is survived by: his daughter Carol; his wife Carol Sims; his children, David, Leigh and Chris; his grandchildren, Samantha, Taylor, Alex and Peyton; and his sister Sylvia Caracio. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
