We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2022, at the age of 68, Pam Cook (Fairlawn, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frank Claypool and Patricia Towell Claypool. She is survived by: her children, Sean Thomas Cook, Marybeth Cook (Kris) and Chad Garrett Cook (Christina); and her grandchildren, Cayson Sean-William, Anastasia Belle, Zoey Candace, Deaglan Carter and Vanessa Rose.
