Kevin Green (Georgianne), MaryBeth Green Maxwell, Patricia L. Dexter (Stephen), Thomas W. Green (Stephanie), Brian G. Green (Theresa) and Colin M. Green (Kathy). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
