He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Soranno and Adelaide Soranno; his wife Joyce; his stepmother Antonia; his parents-in-law, William and Jo Proffitt; his siblings, Angelica Simula (Rockman), Carlo Soranno (Delores), Mary Graci (Steve), Frances Guarnieri (Joe), Mario and Dominic 'Dino'; his brother-in-law William Proffitt; his niece Ann Riddle (Roger); and his nephew Joseph Guarnieri.
He is survived by: his children, Nick Soranno (Claudia), Lisa Alexander (Len), Chris Soranno (Amy) and Danielle Soranno; his grandchildren, Carmen Wagers (Elliot), Zachariah, Isaiah Alexander, Alexa, Cole Soranno, Ashley and Aston Yannuzzo; his sister-in-law Diane Proffitt; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Proffitt (Andrea), Jennifer Proffitt, Dina Simula (Maurizio), Kerima Simula (Claudio Lippi), Angela Steele (Tim), Gina Soranno Smith, Babs Soranno Costanzo (Cuyler), Michael Guarnieri (Cindy), Lisa R. Soranno, Mary Grenfell (Percy) and Nadir Simula. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's disease, and the American Cancer Society.
