She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Chapman and Florence Chapman; and her sisters, Betty Hartline (Lloyd), Ruth Phillips (Robert), Mae Bryk (Stanley) and June Damian.
She is survived by: her children, David (Helen), Dennis (Sherry) and Dawn D'Anniballe (Joe); her grandchildren, Emily, Andrew, Matthew (Kristina), Alison (Josh), Tom, Kris and Chelsey; her great grandchildren, Xander and Ella; her former husband Doug; and her close friend Avi. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
