He was predeceased by: his parents, Assunta Bologna and Giuseppe Bologna; and his siblings, Vincent Bologna (late Evelyn), Joseph Bologna, Anthony Bologna (Mary) and Rose Marie Bologna Friday.

He is survived by: his brother Raymond Bologna (Christina); his sons, Louis Bologna, Jr. (Elaine), Gary Bologna (Vicki) and Raymond Bologna; and his grandchildren, Heather Bologna, Hilarie Durrett (Darren), Louis Bologna, Joseph Bologna, Nicholas Bologna, Adam Bologna (Stephanie), Jared Bologna (Lindsey), Jeff Bologna (Olivia) and Isabella Bologna. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; many cousins, nieces and nephews; and his beautiful, loving friend.
