It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Marefka (Fairlawn, Ohio), who passed away on March 6, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Marefka and Cecilia Marefka; his grandchildren, Daniel Marefka, Brittany Post (JJ), Ashley Trayer (Mike), Brandon Policicchio (Taylor), Bryan Policicchio (Sara), Emily Policicchio, Michael Marefka, Adam Marefka (Lauren), Alex Marefka (Amanda), Aaron Marefka and Austin Marefka; his great grandchildren, Cora, Lochlan, Conner, Benton, Quinn, Andrea and Kylie; his significant other Patty Lawrence; his significant other's children, Jeff Lawrence and Cindy Visca (Geary); his grandsons, Carson Owens (Drew), Sean Lawrence, Jared Visca (Christy) and Justin Visca (Nancy); his great grandchild Maylynn; and his brothers, Bob Marefka (Roberta) and Ted Marefka (Barbara).
