He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Breslow; his daughter Olivia Middendorf (Patrick); his granddaughter Eloise; his stepmother Patricia Helbig; and his siblings, Camilla Glenn, Cherry Jelm, Rick Jelm, Melissa Powers and Holly Helbig. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
