He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Howard Sr. and Agnes (Labbe); his sister Marjorie; his brother-in-law C. Joseph Durbin, Jr.; his brother Denis Mehigan; his nephew Michael Mehigan; and his brothers-in-law, Rev. Frank LaRocca and Louis Maglione.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie (LaRocca); his daughters, Dr. Julie Kerr (Jeff) and Margaret Brafchak (Joe); his grandson Evan Kerr; and his sisters-in-law, Judith Mehigan and Mary Jean Maglione.
Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Hilary Church.
