In loving memory of Howard Mehigan (Fairlawn, Ohio), born in Akron, Ohio, who departed this world on February 19, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Howard Sr. and Agnes (Labbe); his sister Marjorie; his brother-in-law C. Joseph Durbin, Jr.; his brother Denis Mehigan; his nephew Michael Mehigan; and his brothers-in-law, Rev. Frank LaRocca and Louis Maglione.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie (LaRocca); his daughters, Dr. Julie Kerr (Jeff) and Margaret Brafchak (Joe); his grandson Evan Kerr; and his sisters-in-law, Judith Mehigan and Mary Jean Maglione.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ciriello-Carr Memorial (39 S Miller Rd, Fairlawn, OH 44333). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Hilary Catholic Church (2750 W Market St, Fairlawn, OH 44333). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (100 E Waterloo Rd, Akron, OH 44319).
Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Hilary Church.
