He was predeceased by: his sister Donna (Bob); his wife Carolyn; and his father Daniel. He is survived by: his children, Cerina Sielski, Daniel Sielski (Beth), George Letosky (Cathy) and Joe Letosky (Toni); his grandchildren, Emma, Taylor, Leah, Ella, Georgie and Sammie; his mother Rita; and his siblings, Alan Sielski (Roxanna) and Kathy Sielski.
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Project Ed Bear, a foundation comforting kids with cancer.
