He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Miller and Zola Miller; his wife Betty; his daughter Laurel Asher (Kostecka); his brother Alvin Miller; his son Peter Miller (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jesse, Dylan Kostecka, Abby Ellis (Erik), Joshua and Nicole Miller; and his great grandchild Laurel Ellis.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a private memorial service will be held on a later date and his final resting place will be Rose Hill Burial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Cecil's name to Fairlawn Lutheran Church School, 3415 W Market St, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
