He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Cucuzza-DeCastro and Fabina Cucuzza-DeCastro; and his brother Patrick, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Paula and David; and also Paul A. Roth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to cover final expenses.
