He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Mosher (Phil) and Lindsay Johnson (Sean); his sister Carolyn Dawson; his stepchildren, Barbara Smith (Michael), Sue McDaniel, Kim Reed (Jeff) and Alisa Lamb (Keith); his grandchildren, Alexis Viltro (Tony), Parker Chasteen (Sam) and Ewan W. Johnson; his great grandchildren, Daniel and Caleb Viltro; his close friend Jerry Yerigan; and also Steven Parks (Susannah).
