He was predeceased by: his father Robert Spindler; his wife Patty Spindler (Rimer) of Ann's Catholic Church; and his brother Richard Spindler. He is survived by: his mother Ann Spindler (Smith); his daughter Susan Taylor (Steven Taylor); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Aaron and Katherine Taylor; his son Thomas Richard Spindler (Teri); and his granddaughters, Sarah and Carolyn Spindler.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the American Cancer Society or the American Parkinson's Disease Association (APDA).
