She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Johnson and Laura Johnson (Conradt); her son Patrick Connelly (Pam); her siblings, Helen and Ralph Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Louise Johnson, Jeanne Johnson, James Moon and James Connelly; her nephew Steve Moon; and her niece Diane Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Connelly (Jerry); her daughters, Kathy Swormstedt (Jeff) and Caroline Spaeth (Keith); her grandchildren, Andy Spaeth (Jessica), Abby Schlueter (Eric), Ben Spaeth (Bethany), Danny Swormstedt, Christopher Swormstedt and Meghan Treglia (Sean); her great grandchildren, Will, Josie, Katie and Madelyn; her friend Betty Staarmann; and her brother Jay Johnson.
