She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her sisters, Norma, Fern and Joann; her sons, Ron (Tonya Small), Derek (Coral Small) and Doug (Kelly Small); and her grandchildren, Brittney, Janelle, Benjamin, Jarrod and Samantha.

Shirley asked that anyone wishing to send flowers please instead make a donation to the Butler County Animal Adoption center in her name, or your local animal shelter.
