She is survived by: her husband Dale McNamara; her sons, Jeff Campbell (Jamie), Jason Campbell (Christy) and Joshua McNamara; her grandchildren, Malachi, Devon, Abagail, Donavon and Isaiah; and her siblings, Donna Goins (late Fred), David Skelton (Liz) and Denver Skelton.
