He was predeceased by: his wife Christy; his parents, John Puska and Lillian Puska; his siblings, Mary Smith, Helen McCreadie and John; and his siblings-in-law, Paulette Gansel, Rosalie Morris and Lew Hollinger.
He is survived by: his brothers, Don Puska (Mary Lou), Jim Puska (Gloria) and Tom Puska (Becky); and his family, Marta Hollinger, Noreen Cress, Marianne Halcomb (Brian) and R. Erin Sopiarz (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and life-long friends.
The family request donation in his memory to the Animal Friends Humane Society instead of flowers.
