He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Clapper and Mildred Clapper; and his brother Terry Milliner. He is survived by: his brothers, Sam Clapper (Trudy) and Steve Clapper (Barb); and his nieces and nephews, Cyndie, Kim, Brad and Jason.
