She was predeceased by: her parents, James Evans and Shirley Evans (McIntyre); and her sister Gwen Evans. She is survived by: her daughter Amber Scalf; her grandchildren, Haylee, Logyn and Tristyn; and her brother Jimmie Evans (Eneida). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
