Rebecca DeLong Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rebecca DeLong of Fairfield, Ohio, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Rebecca DeLong to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Zahrt and Mary Zahrt (Matthews); her sister Mary Jane Zahrt; and her brother-in-law Doug Buter. She is survived by: her husband Wayne DeLong; her children, Emily Leigh (Brian), Barry Sodini (Jess), Katherine "Katie" Mull (Josh) and Russell "Rusty" DeLong (Megan); her stepdaughter Andrea DeLong-Amaya (David Mehler); her grandchildren, Jaxson Sodini, Bella MacRae, Riley Leigh, Baxter DeLong, Ean MacRae, Tucker DeLong, Caitlin Leigh, Sawyer DeLong, Oliver Mull, Eliza Mull and Benton Sodini; and her siblings, Kathleen "Kathy" Buter, William "Bill" Zahrt (Polly) and Thomas "Tom" Zahrt (Dawn).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamilton Christian Center (1940 Millville Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Becky's name to either the American Cancer Society or to the local hospice organization of your choosing.
